At Primaresi, we take a strategic approach to property investment that combines smart financing and value-added improvements. Here’s how we do it:
Acquire Properties
We acquire properties using a blend of development finance and private investor funds. Each property is carefully selected based on a number of factors to provide the greatest return on investment.
Enhance Property Value
we enhance the value of the property through strategic upgrades, such as extensions or dormers. Once these improvements are made, the property is revalued, leveraging its increased rental income to determine the new market value.
Revaluation
From there, we secure a mortgage based on this higher valuation. This allows us to repay both the investor and the bridge loan, leaving us with a cash-flowing asset. These properties continue to generate rental income each month, making them profitable in the short term while appreciating in value over the long term.
